Administered as a single dose per year, as ordered by the referring prescriber.

Each infusion is provided with dedicated physician oversight.

Simple Referral Process
How Appointments Are Arranged
1. Complete the Fillable Form
A physician or coordinating pharmacy completes the fillable ZA order form and includes the required supporting information.
2. Fax the Referral
Send the completed form to 403 648 1898.
3. Review and Booking
After review, our clinic contacts the patient to arrange a suitable appointment time, usually within 2 weeks.
4. Regular Status Updates
The original sender receives updates when the referral is accepted or rejected, booked, and completed.
